AirMouseHand kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve kişisel verileri satmaz.

Uygulama, ön kamera iznini yalnızca el ve yüz hareketlerinizi tanımak için kullanır. Kamera görüntüsü cihazınızın üzerinde çalışan bir yapay zeka modeliyle anlık olarak işlenir; fotoğraf veya video çekilmez, hiçbir kare kaydedilmez, saklanmaz ya da telefonunuzun dışına gönderilmez. Kamera yalnızca siz Başlat'a bastığınızda çalışır ve oturum bittiğinde kapanır.

Uygulama, Android erişilebilirlik servisini yalnızca tek bir amaçla kullanır: sizin bir el ya da yüz hareketiyle istediğiniz dokunma ve kaydırma işlemlerini ekranda gerçekleştirmek. Erişilebilirlik servisi ekran içeriğini okumaz, kaydetmez, toplamaz ve hiçbir yere göndermez; ekran görüntüsü almaz. Uygulama kendi başına hiçbir işlem yapmaz — her dokunma ve her kaydırma, sizin yaptığınız bir harekete karşılık gelir.

Hareket kontrolü etkinken, özellik başka bir uygulama açıkken de çalışabilsin diye Android bir ön plan hizmeti bildirimi gösterir. Bildirimdeki Durdur düğmesiyle oturumu istediğiniz an bitirebilirsiniz.

Uygulama konum, mikrofon, kişiler, dosya veya rehber izni istemez.

AirMouseHand, Google AdMob banner ve ödüllü reklamlarını kullanır. Premium olmayan kullanıcılar ana ekranda pasif banner reklam görebilir. Ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca kullanıcı reklam düğmesine bastığında açılır; reklam tamamlandığında hesabınıza 5 kredi eklenir. Uygulama cihaz konumu izni istemez. Ancak Google AdMob; reklam gösterimi, ölçümleme, sahtekârlık önleme, güvenlik ve uyumluluk amaçlarıyla yaklaşık konum, cihaz veya reklam tanımlayıcıları ve uygulama etkileşimleri gibi verileri Google politikalarına göre işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaki kullanıcılara reklam isteği gönderilmeden önce Google'ın onay (UMP) akışı gösterilir.

AirMouseHand, tek seferlik Premium satın alması için Google Play Billing kullanır. Ödeme bilgileri AirMouseHand tarafından değil, Google Play tarafından işlenir.

AirMouseHand, uygulama çökmelerini ve teknik hataları tespit etmek için Firebase Crashlytics kullanır. Crashlytics; cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, çökme zamanı, hata günlükleri ve stack trace gibi teşhis verilerini toplayabilir. Bu veriler yalnızca uygulama kararlılığını artırmak ve teknik sorunları gidermek için kullanılır.

Uygulama; kredi bakiyenizi, oturum süresi bilgisini, günlük ödüllü reklam sayacını, önbelleğe alınmış Premium durumunu, hareket atamalarınızı, dil tercihinizi ve uygulama içi puanlama penceresinin ne zaman gösterilebileceğine karar vermek için tutulan sayaçları (kurulum tarihi, tamamlanan oturum sayısı, son oturumdaki komut sayısı ve en son ne zaman sorulduğu) yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar. Puanlama penceresini Google Play gösterir; verdiğiniz puanı veya yorumu uygulama görmez. AirMouseHand kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve bu bilgileri kendi sunucularında saklamaz. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu veriler cihazınızdan silinir.

AirMouseHand 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değiştirilir.

AirMouseHand does not create user accounts and does not sell personal data.

The app uses the front camera permission only to recognize your hand and face gestures. Camera frames are processed live by a machine-learning model running on your device; the app does not take photos or record video, and no frame is ever saved, stored, or transmitted off your phone. The camera runs only while you start a session and stops when the session ends.

The app uses the Android accessibility service for one purpose only: performing the taps and swipes that you request with a hand or face gesture. The accessibility service does not read, collect, store, or transmit screen content, and it does not capture the screen. The app never acts on its own — every tap and every swipe corresponds to a gesture you make.

While gesture control is active, Android displays a foreground service notification so the feature can continue when another app is open. The notification's Stop button ends the session at any time.

The app does not request location, microphone, contacts, or file permissions.

AirMouseHand uses Google AdMob banner and rewarded ads. Non-premium users may see a passive banner ad on the home screen. Rewarded ads open only when the user taps the ad button; when an ad is completed, 5 credits are added to the balance. The app does not request the device location permission. However, Google AdMob may process data such as approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, and app interactions according to Google's policies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Users in the European Economic Area are shown Google's consent (UMP) flow before any ad request is made.

AirMouseHand uses Google Play Billing for the one-time Premium purchase. Payment details are handled by Google Play, not by AirMouseHand.

AirMouseHand uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data, such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash time, logs, and stack traces. This data is used only to diagnose stability problems and improve the app.

The app stores your credit balance, session time information, the daily rewarded-ad counter, cached Premium status, your gesture assignments, your language preference, and the counters that decide when the in-app rating prompt may appear (install date, number of completed sessions, the command count of the last session, and when you were last asked) locally on the device only. The rating prompt is shown by Google Play; the app never sees the rating or review you leave. AirMouseHand does not create user accounts and does not store these values on its own servers. Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.

AirMouseHand is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
