Morse Flash kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve kişisel verileri satmaz.

Uygulama, Android kamera iznini telefonun fenerini kontrol etmek ve görünen Morse flaşlarını okumak için kullanır. Fotoğraf veya video çekmez; kişilere, konuma ya da dosyalara erişmez.

Mikrofon izni yalnızca Ritim Flaşı etkinken ses seviyesindeki değişimleri algılamak için kullanılır. Ses cihaz üzerinde anlık olarak işlenir; kaydedilmez, saklanmaz veya başka bir yere gönderilmez.

Ritim Flaşı etkinken ve fener elle açıkken, özellik başka bir uygulama açıkken de çalışabilsin diye Android bir ön plan hizmeti bildirimi gösterir.

Ekran flaşı etkinleştirildiğinde uygulama yalnızca cihazın ekran parlaklığını ve rengini yerel olarak değiştirir.

Uyarı Flaşı ve bildirim erişimi

Uyarı Flaşı özelliği, telefona bir arama, mesaj ya da bildirim geldiğinde feneri kısa bir desenle yakıp söndürür. Bu özellik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve yalnızca kullanıcı uygulama içinden açtığında çalışır.

Özelliğin çalışabilmesi için Android'in bildirim erişimi (Notification Listener) yetkisi gerekir. Bu yetki uygulama içinden istenemez; kullanıcı sistem ayarlarından kendisi verir ve istediği zaman geri alabilir.

Bu yetkiyle uygulama yalnızca şunları kullanır: bildirimin geldiği an, bildirimin türü (arama, mesaj veya diğer) ve aynı bildirimin tekrarını ayırt etmeye yarayan sistem kimliği. Bildirimin içeriği (başlık, metin, gönderen, telefon numarası, ekler) okunmaz, kaydedilmez, saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Bu verilerin hiçbiri cihazdan dışarı çıkmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Uyarı Flaşı telefon durumu (READ_PHONE_STATE), rehber, arama kaydı veya SMS okuma izni istemez.

LED Yazı

LED Yazı özelliğinde yazdığınız metin ve seçtiğiniz görünüm ayarları yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu metin hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Özellik ekran koruyucu olarak seçildiğinde de aynı yerel ayarlar kullanılır.

Reklamlar

Morse Flash, Google AdMob banner, geçiş (interstitial) ve ödüllü (rewarded) reklamlarını kullanır. LED Yazı tam ekranı, kısa bir ödüllü reklam izlenerek açılan 30 dakikalık erişim penceresiyle kullanılabilir; reklam yarıda kapatılırsa pencere açılmaz. Gösterilecek ödüllü reklam yoksa pencere reklamsız açılır — reklam bulunamaması hiçbir özelliği kilitlemez. Premium olmayan kullanıcılar bazı uygulama ekranlarında banner reklam görebilir. Morse Gönder, Morse Oku ve Ritim Flaşı özellikleri başlatılırken kısa bir geçiş reklamı gösterilir; reklamın ardından ilgili özellik için 2 dakikalık bir erişim penceresi açılır. Pencere dolduğunda özelliği yeniden başlatmak için yeni bir reklam gösterilir. Uyarı Flaşı ücretsizdir; ana anahtarı her açtığınızda bir kez geçiş reklamı gösterilir, kapatana kadar açık kalır ve süre sınırı yoktur. Strobe (otomatik yanıp sönen fener) da aynı şekilde çalışır: her başlattığınızda bir kez geçiş reklamı gösterilir, siz durdurana kadar çalışır ve süre sınırı yoktur. Reklam yüklenemezse kullanıcı bekletilmez ve özellik yine açılır. Morse ve Ritim özellikleri internet bağlantısı gerektirir; fener, SOS, Strobe ve Uyarı Flaşı çevrimdışı da çalışır. Uygulama cihaz konumu izni istemez. Ancak Google AdMob; reklam gösterimi, ölçümleme, sahtekârlık önleme, güvenlik ve uyumluluk amaçlarıyla yaklaşık konum, cihaz veya reklam tanımlayıcıları ve uygulama etkileşimleri gibi verileri Google politikalarına göre işleyebilir.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam tercihleri için Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) üzerinden bir onay ekranı gösterilir. Bu bölgelerdeki kullanıcılar onay tercihlerini uygulama içindeki Ayarlar bölümünden istedikleri zaman değiştirebilir.

Morse Flash, tek seferlik Premium satın alması için Google Play Billing kullanır. Ödeme bilgileri Morse Flash tarafından değil, Google Play tarafından işlenir.

Morse Flash, uygulama çökmelerini ve teknik hataları tespit etmek için Firebase Crashlytics kullanır. Crashlytics; cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, çökme zamanı, hata günlükleri ve stack trace gibi teşhis verilerini toplayabilir. Bu veriler yalnızca uygulama kararlılığını artırmak ve teknik sorunları gidermek için kullanılır.

Uygulama; Morse ve Ritim erişim pencerelerinin bitiş zamanını, reklam onay tercihini, dil seçimini, önbelleğe alınmış Premium durumunu, Uyarı Flaşı ayarlarını, Strobe hız ayarını ve LED Yazı metniyle görünüm ayarlarını cihazda yerel olarak saklar. Bu değerler ayarların hatırlanması, erişim yönetimi ve çevrimdışı kullanım için kullanılır. Morse Flash kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve bu bilgileri kendi sunucularında saklamaz.

Morse Flash does not create user accounts and does not sell personal data.

The app uses the Android camera permission to control the phone flashlight and to read visible Morse flashes. It does not take photos, record video, access contacts, access location, or access files.

The microphone permission is used only while Rhythm Flash is active to detect changes in sound level. Audio is processed live on the device and is not recorded, saved, or transmitted.

While Rhythm Flash is active and while the flashlight is switched on manually, Android displays a foreground service notification so the feature can continue when another app is open.

If screen flash mode is enabled, the app only changes the screen brightness and color locally on the device.

Alert Flash and notification access

The Alert Flash feature blinks the flashlight in a short pattern when a call, message, or notification arrives. This feature is off by default and runs only after the user turns it on inside the app.

The feature requires Android's notification access (Notification Listener) permission. This permission cannot be requested from inside the app; the user grants it in system settings and can revoke it at any time.

With this permission the app uses only the following: the moment a notification arrives, its type (call, message, or other), and the system key that distinguishes a repeat of the same notification. The notification's content — title, text, sender, phone number, attachments — is never read, recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. None of this data leaves the device and none of it is used for advertising.

Alert Flash does not request phone state (READ_PHONE_STATE), contacts, call log, or SMS reading permissions.

LED Text

The text you type in the LED Text feature and the appearance settings you choose are stored only on your device. This text is never sent to any server and is never used for advertising. The same local settings are used when the feature runs as a screen saver.

Advertising

Morse Flash uses Google AdMob banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. The LED Sign full screen can be unlocked for a 30-minute access window by watching a short rewarded ad; closing the ad early does not open the window. If no rewarded ad is available, the window opens without an ad — unavailable ads never lock a feature. Non-premium users may see banner ads on some app screens. When Morse Send, Morse Read, or Rhythm Flash is started, a short interstitial ad is shown; after the ad, a two-minute access window opens for that feature. When the window expires, another short ad is shown to start the feature again. Alert Flash is free; a single interstitial ad is shown each time you switch it on, after which it stays on until you switch it off, with no time limit. Strobe (the automatic blinking flashlight) works the same way: a single interstitial ad is shown each time you start it, and it runs until you stop it, with no time limit. If an ad cannot be loaded, the user is not kept waiting and the feature opens anyway. The Morse and Rhythm features require an internet connection; the flashlight, SOS, Strobe, and Alert Flash also work offline. The app does not request the device location permission. However, Google AdMob may process data such as approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, and app interactions according to Google's policies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent screen for personalised advertising through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Users in these regions can change their consent choices at any time from the Settings section inside the app.

Morse Flash uses Google Play Billing for the one-time Premium purchase. Payment details are handled by Google Play, not by Morse Flash.

Morse Flash uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data, such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash time, logs, and stack traces. This data is used only to diagnose stability problems and improve the app.

The app stores the expiry time of the Morse and Rhythm access windows, the advertising consent choice, the selected language, cached Premium status, the Alert Flash settings, the Strobe speed setting, and the LED Text message with its appearance settings locally on the device. These values are used to remember your settings, for access management, and for offline use. Morse Flash does not create user accounts and does not store these values on its own servers.
